Shipping and Returns

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on shipping and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions


The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.


For the purposes of this Shipping and Return Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Plus Medical Group LTD, 51 Nares Road, Blackburn, BB2 2TH.

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Website refers to Plus Medical, accessible from

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.


The delivery cost for your total order will be shown online. When you add the item(s) you are ordering to your cart, there is a postage cost calculator before you complete the order.

  • Delivery is free of charge on orders over £49.99 inc. vat to anywhere within mainland UK (Certain hard to reach areas may incur a courier surcharge) (A surcharge may be charged for items shipped direct from the manufacturer).
  • Any orders below £49.99 inc. vat, we charge £7.79 (inc. vat) on deliveries which use Parcelforce 48 and £4.19-£5.99 (inc. vat) on deliveries using Royal Mail 48. These Prices are for UK Mainland Deliveries.
  • Delivery costs for orders below £49.99 inc .vat will be calculated by the price, weight and volume of the item this will be displayed to you within the shopping basket as you add items to the basket.
  • If items are shipped directly from the manufacturer they may not be included in the ‘free delivery over £49.99’ offer.
  • Additional surcharges may apply if delivery is to offshore islands, including Northern Ireland, and to various Scottish postcodes north of Glasgow / Edinburgh. A delivery surcharge may also apply for orders placed from continental Europe. Plus Medical will seek confirmation from the customer that any adjustment to the quoted cost of carriage is acceptable, prior to dispatching the order.
  • On delivery you must inspect the goods carefully for damage as Plus Medical is unable to accept responsibility for damage in transit, shortage of delivery or loss of products unless the customer advises us via telephone within four working days from the date of delivery.
  • We dispatch our orders via Royal Mail 48 and Parcelforce 48 services. We anticipate that all deliveries will arrive as specified, however Plus Medical cannot accept any liability for any delayed or lost deliveries. Please note: Quoted delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.
  • Please note: Should you require delivery to an address other than the billing address, please ensure that the correct information is provided when ordering. If you provide the incorrect address details, your order may be delayed. We reserve the right to only deliver to the billing address.
  • Note: We cannot ship to a non-permanent address such as a hotel or conference centre or to freight forwarding companies.
  • Unsuccessful deliveries – Plus Medical will hold unsuccessful deliveries for 7 days unless they are engraved items and then they are held for 2 months. If contact with the customer has been unsuccessful after this period, we reserve the right to dispose of the goods.

International Delivery

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • The Goods were not used or damaged
  • You obtain a returns authorisation number and label the parcel, this will allow us to deal with the returns more efficiently
  • Any free gifts or other additional bundled items delivered with the products must also be returned

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.


If you need to exchange a product for the same one, contact us. Please note that We only replace Goods you received defective or damaged.

Faulty Items

Where the item is reported as faulty within our 14 days returns period, we can replace the item for you, usually within 14 days of receiving the original item back or provide a full refund including any original postage cost. Any additional reasonable return postage cost incurred by the buyer will also be refunded, provided that we have been notified of this cost prior to the return and agreed to it as reasonable.


If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
